*Mr. Sabota is a New Jersey certified residential real estate appraiser. He personally inspects all properties and prepares all reports (no apprentices or fee work). He currently serves as the 2011 New Jersey State Director of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.
*He has consistently exceeded state requirements regarding continuing education in an attempt to keep abreast of the constantly evolving real estate appraisal field.
